Session Flexibility

  • We offer a wide range of options, with up to 15 swims per week from September through June
  • Sessions are available in the morning, afternoon, and evening
  • Morning groups (Mon/Wed/Fri and Tues/Thurs) provide consistency, allowing you to swim regularly with the same group
  • Evening sessions are more flexible—attend whichever nights suit your schedule
  • Most swims take place at the Walter Baker Centre, with additional sessions at the Nepean Sportsplex
  • Summer programming offers lighter “maintenance” swims, often held at local outdoor pools
  • Evening swimmers can choose an All Evenings Pass for access to all evening sessions
  • A 10-swim Flex Pass is also available for maximum flexibility
  • Most sessions are 75 minutes, allowing for workouts of up to 3.7 km
