Coached Workouts

  • The club employs up to 15 coaches
  • Our coaching team includes former competitive swimmers at the age group, varsity, national, and even Olympic levels
  • All coaches are certified with NLS (National Lifeguard) and Standard First Aid qualifications
  • Workouts follow a structured seasonal plan designed in advance
  • Sessions focus on technique, drills, strength, endurance, speed, and injury prevention
  • Coaches welcome feedback and work with swimmers to help them achieve their individual goals
