Coached Workouts
- The club employs up to 15 coaches
- Our coaching team includes former competitive swimmers at the age group, varsity, national, and even Olympic levels
- All coaches are certified with NLS (National Lifeguard) and Standard First Aid qualifications
- Workouts follow a structured seasonal plan designed in advance
- Sessions focus on technique, drills, strength, endurance, speed, and injury prevention
- Coaches welcome feedback and work with swimmers to help them achieve their individual goals
